Food Truck/ Vendor Terms and Application

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to past vendors leaving trash and used equipment on the runways, a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required.

BEVERAGE AGREEMENT

I agree to honor the Weinstein Beverage Company Exclusive
Agreement and will only sell their beverages from my operation during the Moses Lake Airshow.

The Moses Lake Airshow has an exclusive non-alcoholic beverage agreement with Weinstein Beverage Company. All food trucks and food vendors are required to only offer products purchased from Weinstein Beverage at the Airshow. The vendor must establish an account directly from Weinstein Beverage Company by June 1, 2023, to facilitate product resale at the Airshow. Only beverage products purchased on site from Weinstein Beverage Company will be allowed.

REQUIRED GRANT COUNTY PERMITS AND LICENSES

I acknowledge all permits and licenses below are required for participation in the Moses Lake Airshow. It is my responsibility to obtain these permits and pay the associated fees which are in addition to the participation costs of the Moses Lake Airshow.

Grant County requires:

1. All Food vendors not currently registered in Grant County must obtain a Temporary Food License – English / Español.

2. All temporary food vendors must obtain a Grant County Health Department permit.

b. Permit application: English / Español Cost for your permit varies according to the risk of your food preparation, but should not exceed $125.00
3. All food handlers in your booth or truck must have a valid Washington State food handlers Card

I agree to follow all Federal/State/County/Airshow Covid guidelines currently in place at the time of the airshow.

I agree to provide proof of insurance and copies of the above permits and licenses when checking in and before I will be allowed access to the Grant County International Airport for participation in the airshow.

FOOD VENDOR SETUP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

- Setup is Friday June 17 only. No setup allowed on Saturday or Sunday.

- Terminal opens at 9:00 AM for check in.

- After checking in vendors/exhibitors will be escorted onto the field for setup.

- Setup must be completed by 5:00 PM.

- 50% service charge will be deducted from refund if checking in without complete paperwork and not allowed to set up.

COVID GUIDELINES

I agree to follow all Federal/State/County/Airshow Covid guidelines in place at the time of the airshow.

I agree to provide proof of insurance and copies of the above permits and licenses when checking in and before I will be allowed access to the Grant County International Airport for participation in the airshow.
