Exhibitor Space - Terms and Application

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the Moses Lake Airshow. Please review the following information carefully and complete the Exhibitor application in its entirety. All information is required unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are selling/sampling food, this is not the right application. Please fill out the Food Truck/Vendor application and secure the required Grant County & Washington State licenses and permits.

Exhibitor Requirements

Provide your own tents/canopies, tables & chairs. Moses Lake Airshow only provides space for your exhibit.
Provide a safe environment by bringing weights and tie-downs for tents/canopies, tables and signage. June sunshine and wind at the airport can be extreme.

Agree to provide proof of Insurance - (Must be provided prior to being permitted access to the airfield)

Agree to adhere to all Federal/State/County/Airshow guidelines in place at the time of the show.
50% service charge will be deducted from refund if checking in without complete paperwork and not allowed to set up.

Grant County Permits and Licenses

I acknowledge - if selling products - all permits and licenses required for participation will be provided. It is my responsibility to obtain these permits and pay the associated fees which are in addition to the participation costs of the Moses Lake Airshow.

Terms

EXHIBITOR SETUP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

- Friday June 17 only. No setup allowed on Saturday or Sunday.

- Terminal opens at 9:00 AM for check in.

- After checking in, exhibitors will be escorted onto the field for setup.

- Setup must be completed by 5:00 PM

- 50% service charge will be deducted from refund if checking in without complete paperwork and not allowed to set up.
